Dreamscape

Another instance of inspiration along a walk. The beautiful sunset and path stretching into an overgrown forest made me feel as if I were in a dream.

I added film grain and warmer coloration to the original image but felt more could be done. I was inspired by the work of local artist Low Culture Committee, whom creates dreamlike collages and impossible images out of trimmings from magazines.

I removed the sunset in place of the night sky and made it appear as if this path were in the midst of space. Now the impossible is occurring; you’re in a dream.
